This multi Award winning, local semi hard cheese, is made in East Sussex with pasturised cows milk by Alsop & Walker. Because of its distinctive nutty/creamy/sweet taste it is beautifully reminiscent of cheeses from Alpine pastures.
A complexity of flavour means the cheese develops to the taste buds, from mildish to creamy to full bodied and nutty.
Matured for 5 – 7 months, this is a true English classic.
