A melt in the mouth artisan cheddar from Somerset. The complex flavours are nutty and savoury, and have the dry crumbliness that goes with being a traditional cheddar. It may naturally form a little blue veining which only adds to its unique scrumminess!
It is traditionally handmade made from unpasteurised cows' milk. Then matured for 12 months wrapped in muslin and stored on wooden shelves.

Our cheeses will arrive to you wrapped in a waxed paper, this allows for it to breath keeping it in the best condition for consumption. If you plan on keeping your cheeses for longer, remove from its wax paper and wrap in cling film.
