Olde Sussex

From local producer The Traditional Cheese Dairy; a delicious, tangy and rich hard cheese.  Olde Sussex is an extremely moreish, cheddar style, made with unpasteurised milk.  
 
Ideal for an informal Ploughman's lunch.  You'll find yourself returning to the fridge time and again.  A real 'comfort' cheese.
The cows feed on pasture at Kincott Dairy, Iden Manor Farm.  Allowed to mature for between three and six months. Another truly fantastic local cheese we are proud to supply!
