Seven Sisters

As unique and distinctive as its namesake, Seven Sisters is a locally made semi-hard sheep’s cheese. Unctuous with the sweet, nutty flavours of sheep's milk, the palate is then met by hints of the sea where the cheese is lightly coated in Hebredian seaweed.

Made by local multi-award winning producer High Weald Dairy, a family run dairy based in rural West Sussex.
