Ticklemore
A goat’s milk cheese that isn't overtly 'goaty'. Ticklemore combines light and gentle citrus flavours with herbaceous notes that deepen with age. In texture, its center is firm and chalky, underneath its stark white rind it is slightly more supple in texture and creamy in flavour.
